This morning, the North American Travel Journalists Association (NATJA) announced the winners of its annual travel writing competition. Proud to have nabbed three awards. “Bravery on a Bike in Afghanistan,” a profile on the country’s first women’s bike racing team, was my breakout story for ESPN.
